We have a virtual petition that takes only a minute and requires no personal info except an email that will be kept confidential.

The government is not going to install light rail or other mass transit in the foreseeable future.  If we (the people) want better transportation, it is up to "the people" to make it happen.

A group of local business people have a plan to bring better transportation to the area and would like to assess the public's support for the concept. 

In absence of a light rail or other mass transit system, we have designed a plan to start in Oakland County and branch out to most of Metro Detroit.  (For more details see our Vision)

* Taxicab stands at all major hotels and malls
* Taxicab stands at downtown hot spots - Royal Oak/Ferndale/Berkley/Birmingham/etc
* Reasonable prices, as low as $1 per mile
* Credit Card Swipe machines in each vehicle
* Internet ordering and tracking
* Designated driver services (we drive both you and your car home)
* Courier Service / Package Delivery / Errand Service
* Bus stop service
* Handicap accessible vehicle upon request
* Corporate and personal accounts
* Frequent rider discounts/promotions
* Mystery riders (like mystery shoppers) to assess actual customer service
* Periodic training workshops for staff and management
* Professionally organized and executed marketing plans
* Creates about 250 good jobs
